WHAT WE BELIEVE AND HOW WE WORK

Teamwork

Teamwork is critical in all that we do.  Not only is teamwork critical to how we operate internally but also how we integrate with our clients and become part of their trusted project teams.  This leads to our high rate of repeat work from clients, at more than 96%.
We work cohesively on project teams and utilize technology to keep up to date with what each team member is working on.  Our teamwork mindset allows us to shift gears when needed and help each other out to meet project deadlines.

Technical Excellence

Technical Excellence is a key value for our team.  We strive to be masters of our craft and have the skills and knowledge to support our clients and help make their projects successful.
Each member of our team has high goals for the quality of their work and a desire to provide high quality work is inherent.  We seek out the latest papers, webinars, seminars and software to develop our skills in the steel design world so that we become our client's trusted engineers.

Continuous Improvement

We believe in the importance of continuous improvement.  We work to become better engineers and a better company daily.  By continuously improving our skills, drawings, processes, services, etc. we are better able to serve our clients.
This continuous improvement mindset is seen throughout our company and helps lead to growth for the company and our team members.  We invest heavily in developing skills and knowledge in our team so that we not only better serve our clients but also help craft successful structural engineering careers for our team.
